Chipboard Tutorial @Scrapping Outbcak

This month I had to d the very first Chipboard Tutorial over at Scrapping Outback ..It was really hard to come up with something that has not been done to chipboard so I had a play and really like the hissing sound I got when I applied Perfect Pearls Mist to hot bubbling embossing powder LOL so that's what I went with all the info is over in the SO forum so pop on over and check it out
